BSW Machinery merges with Windmöller & Hölscher Prostejov

Ten years ago W&H decided to strengthen its presence in the woven PP market by joining forces with BSW Machinery. According to the company, this goal has been reached and the company has been transformed from a start-up into a global technology leader. Through transfer of W&H products to BSW and through joint development of a production center in the Czech republic BSW was integrated step by step into the W&H Group. Now the next phase in the long term strategic plan will start under the new name Windmöller & Hölscher Machinery.

Windmöller & Hölscher Receives 2016 German Packaging Award

The newly developed TURBOCLEAN ADVANCED E environmentally friendly inking and ink wash-up system for flexographic printing presses earned Windmöller & Hölscher top prize in the Packaging Machinery category out of a pool of 213 entrants from nine countries, who submitted applications for honors in one of the competition’s 10 categories.

Windmöller & Hölscher subsidiary expands sales and production

Austria based BSW Machinery reported strong orders in 2015. Over 20% growth compared with the previous year have resulted in an approval for a building expansion at the production facility in the Czech Republic. The business year 2015 witnessed recoveries in some countries suffering from a political crisis before.

Windmöller & Hölscher received a very high order intake at drupa

German machinery manufacturer Windmöller & Hölscher drew a very positive conclusion from drupa 2016. Several thousand experts visited the more than 1000 sqm large stand (incl of their subsidiary Garant). Windmöller & Hölscher reports their order intake reached into the high eight figure range. Approximately 800 visitors travelled to the in-house Expo at company headquarters in Lengerich.
