Scandiflex installed a HP Indigo 20000

Ever since the swedish company Scandiflex is printing food packages in high quality flexo, but since October the company is now opening up new opportunities thanks to the installation of a new digital press. The new digital press Indigo 20000 is now installed and running at full speed.

For Citygross, a wedish retailer, they printed packaging for a wide assortment of fresh vegetarian products. The installation and trial runs of the new digital press has been going on throughout the spring and now finally rolls the first digital print job from the new HP Indigo 20000.

Kenya based Digital Packaging Innovations buys Africa's first HP Indigo 20000

Kenya-based packaging producer Digital Packaging Innovations Ltd has purchased an HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press, marking the first purchase of this press in the African continent. It will be the company’s first digital press, enabling DPI to enter new markets.

The press is set to be installed alongside AB Graphics’ DIGICON 3000 finishing unit, which will provide DPI with a complete end-to-end packaging solution.

Record breaking digitally printed pouch

UNI Packaging claims to have broke all lead-time records for pouch manufacture and supply to olive packer Olives Et Al who required 400 pouch samples made up of 8 designs for an exhibition. The printer received the samples request and took receipt of supporting artwork on a Friday, delivery was required a week later. Thanks to their digital printign press,the company was able to deliver the samples in time.
